From January 2012 Master chefs Graham Harvey MC (ACF) and Sheila McConachie MCDB will be leading the kitchen brigade.

"The Whisky Kitchen - 100 ways with whisky and food" which in 2009 in Paris was awarded the title
"Best Book in the World for Cooking with Beer, Wines and Spirits".
